5/8 - Hydraulic Hose Fittings
We supply a comprehensive range of hydraulic hose fittings for use in all types of industrial environments. Our hose fittings are manufactured at our Custom Fittings production facility in Yorkshire, UK, and exported to over 50 countries globally. We have an international reputation for producing high quality off-the-shelf and custom engineered components for use with hydraulic and pneumatic hoses of any size or application.
Custom Fittings can manufacture any type of hydraulic hose fitting, connector or coupling in any material. Commonly supplied items include ferrules, swivels, hosetails and welds for use with a wide range of pumps, valves and switches. Our off-the-shelf items are manufactured to industry standards (BS.EN, ASME / ANSI, AS, SAE and many more) and suitable for use throughout the world. Bespoke items can be made to a specification, reverse engineered or developed from a CAD drawing.
Our hydraulic hose fittings are used across a range of industries including marine, automotive and power generation. They are designed to stand up to high pressure, chemical corrosion and extreme temperatures, making them ideal for use in those environments where less durable materials may not provide sufficient resistance over time.
Our ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility in West Yorkshire houses specialist machinery, enabling our skilled production workers to produce millions of adaptors every year. All of our hydraulic hose fittings and accessories are manufactured on site, using extremely durable high grade 316 stainless steel, with bespoke parts available in other materials including exotic metals if required.
We offer a one-day delivery service for standard hydraulic hose fittings, and can dispatch urgent items inside one hour.
Our Quality Assurance Policy outlines our commitment to quality standards. As a global exporter of hydraulic hose fittings we take pride in our reputation and our ISO 9001 certification. We manufacture all components to to international standards BSP, JIS, SAE and DIN.
